In the Midwifery Model of Care we focus on the prevention of any complications instead of treating the symptoms. We care for our mommas as whole human beings. We help guide our parents through their pregnancy creating habits that will be a foundation for healthier families. We focus on our clients’ diet, body, and mind. The impact our diets have on our babies and our pregnancy outcome is significant. Our bodies need to be maintained as they are the vessel that carry and create our babies. Our mind is forgotten so easily, but is as important as diet and exercise. Finally, if there are issues that need to be treated there are a plethora of holistic ways to help the body find its way.
